When Noah is praying on the roof of the ark, in the short shots, the water is deep and directly in front of him. In the long shots (especially from above) he is in the center of the roof, and the water is nowhere near him.
The amount of dirt/sand on Noah's face (for example, his nose) after he is helped up from lying face down on the beach changes between shots.
Ila has an "outie" navel as a child, but an "innie" as an adult.
When Noah is looking out of the ark towards the forest because he hears the animals coming, the sun is coming up over the trees and his head is blocking some of the light. But when we see him from the front in that same scene, there is no direct sunlight on his face or in the background. It switches between the from behind to the front view a couple times and this stays consistent between them.
All the animals are sedated and are all seen lying down. An elephant normally only sleeps for about four hours a day. If an elephant were to lie on its side for more than a day (for example) the weight of its internal organs would cause them to rupture and fail.
When the ark is under attack, before Cain (Ray Winston) manages to climb aboard the ark, the attackers use boards to barge through. The boards are corrugated iron which was invented in the 1820s in Britain by Henry Robinson Palmer, certainly not the time of Noah when this film is based.
Early in the movie, the camera has a low shot of Noah's boots - they are obviously modern in design and manufacture.
While smithing weapons, Tubal-Cain wears headgear resembling a modern welder's helmet, complete with lens shade and the visor which can be opened without removing the helmet. These were invented in the 1930's.
Naameh's inner tunic is machine-knitted.
In one close up shot of Noah, you can notice a distinct tan line from sunglasses, stretching from the corner of his eye to his ear.
The pick that Naameh uses very near the end of the movie looks surprisingly modern.
When they were sedating the animals, the humans didn't use any masks for protecting themselves, but they still didn't get sedated.
Tubal-Cain's presence on the ark defeated the whole purpose of the flood, which was to wipe out sinful humanity and start over with Noah and his family.
Noah continues to age, yet Naameh doesn't.
When dictating his will, Noah says "Shem will bury your mother and I." Correct grammar should be "your mother and me."
