At one point it's stated that True The Vote cellphone data was sent to law enforcement, related to a murder case, and that "people were arrested". But they had been arrested and indicted two months earlier. So the connection implied in the film doesn't exist.
At 48 min a man is shown depositing multiple ballots in one box. The narrator says "What you are seeing is a crime. These are fraudulent votes". Georgia officials investigated this man via his license plate and verified that he had been legally depositing ballots for himself and family.
The film implies that cellphone accuracy can locate a person at a drop-box. That's a mistake: even with GPS and ideal conditions it's no better than 16 ft. See the US Gov't webpage on "GPS Accuracy".
The film claims to show ballot drop box locations for Gwinnett County, Georgia but overlays them on a map of Moscow, Russia.
The filmmakers claim both to have cell phone tracking data showing certain individuals visiting multiple drop boxes, and closed-circuit video footage of those drop boxes. But they never show any one person at more than one ballot box.
