The Cinema Snob: Exit the Dragon, Enter the Tiger
The Cinema Snob (2009)
"Exit the Dragon, Enter the Tiger"
In this now long-running series, writer-director Brad Jones play the title character, the Cinema Snob, a mainstream or high art critic who decides to review some of the most notoriously bad movies ever made. Since the original episode this series has grown to have a very high cult following and fans from around the world.
The Snob sits down to review one of many of the Bruce Lee exploitation titles out there. I've never seen this one but immediately after the review I went to search for a copy because it really does seem that crazy. The Snob gets off to a very funny start as he complains about those $1 DVDs that you can find but they come in a slim case. From here it's on to the movie where he talks about how guilty he felt watching something that was exploiting Lee so much. He also talks about some of the various other titles and actor's names who appeared in such films. This episode is certainly another winner as we get a good amount of laughs including one highlight where he talks about "what if's" of other celebrity deaths.
