- Christo: Really the question was to find a good urban stretch. A park that is used by many people, not one you drive through for a picnic, but a pedestrian park with walk way that used for many purposes. And Loose Park was perfect for all that consideration. The fabric makes everything much more exciting. My intention was to make people pay more attention to the art of walking. So the fabric isn't tightly stretched, there's about 40 extra material. The surface is changing continuously. The whole change, as you pass, with your footsteps, with the wind, with the light and all that make you aware of each step on your way. Not like my other model of object, which can be seen as object on the landscape. This work can be seen only by walking on it. Which makes it a much more intimate experience.
