Hey guys, a few days ago I reviewed Zombie Doomsday. Last night, I got an email from the director, Tom Townsend, who asked me to let you guys know about Scares That Care. It's a non-profit that sends money, toys & other items to sick children. It's founder is horror director Joe Ripple and its roots are stuck right in the heart (pun intended) of the horror community. Tom is donating part of his sales from the Zombie Doomsday DVDs to the organization. So buy an awesome movie and help a great cause!

Imagine I called you today and said "I've got an idea for a movie. It has no script, we have two weeks of pre-production and we'll shoot the whole thing in 24 hours." Now imagine you went along with it. That was how director Tom Townsend pitched Zombie Doomsday. A horror film shot in one day at one location with all the dialogue being improvisational. We are left with a one of a kind film that should stand as one of the indie greats.
