- Teen-aged Leonardo Da Vinci is an apprentice to the painter Andrea Del Verrochio and his friends include the super-clever Macchiavelli and Lorenzo, son of scheming Piero De Medici. When Tom is caught trying to take Leonardo's notebook, the boys are in for a surprise. Tom is a girl called Lisa, in disguise, in order to be allowed to paint.—don @ minifie-1
- As a teen, Leonardo, the brightest apprentice of master artist Andrea Del Verrochio, often wanders trough Firenze (Florenze) with street gang leader Machiavelli and young nobleman Lorenzo, son of mighty magnate Piero da' Medici. Leonardo also comes up with original inventions, like a bicycle, which he documents only in a largely coded notebook. Leonardo takes pity on clumsy but somewhat gifted would be-apprentice Tomaso, even after learning it's a girl, Lisa, who got z fake letter of recommendation from a dark brotherhood in the catacombs. He learns only too late that their price is she must steal for them his notebook.—KGF Vissers
