Faced with a seizing patient, Will says, "This goes back to my first year of pre-med. We need to stop the seizures". A first year of pre-med is simply being a college freshman. In fact, there really isn't a firm pre-med degree, you usually just get a B.S. in one of the sciences like chemistry, physics, or even genetics. You don't get classes on treating diddle untill you get into med school.
