With a title like Weather Wars, some viewers may think that the Gods of Olympus are feuding. Although David Grange (Jason London, Dazed and Confused) has issues with his brother Jacob (Wes Brown, We Are Marshall), these two forge an uneasy truce so they can deal with father dearest, Marcus (Stacy Keach). Dad has gone off the deep end. Ever since he showed favouritism towards David and left his boys to fend for themselves, he immersed himself in his work.

A True Blood Enters Private Practice Season 5
There’s some new blood entering ABC’s Private Practice in the form of Wes Brown, and it looks like his appearance will be an explosive one… although not as explosive as his role on HBO’s True Blood. Brown, who True Blood fans will recognize as Fellowship of the Sun suicide bomber Luke McDonald, is joining Dr. Addison Montgomery and the rest of the gang on Private Practice as Ryan.Ryan will be a recurring character in four episodes of the ABC drama, with his first appearance occurring on Episode 6 as a character described by TVLine as “a handsome stranger who will figure into Amelia’s ongoing addiction storyline. And not necessarily in a good way.”
Private Practice premieres on September 29th.
In addition to stirring up trouble for Amelia, Brown, who was also in NBC’s Trauma, will also be showing up in the Sci-fi movie,...

This is an early look at an upcoming post-apocalyptic vampire thriller titled Vampyre Nation. This film is from the man who made Weather Wars and Monster Wolf, Todor Chapkanov. Vampyre Nation stars Andrew Lee Potts ("Primeval"), Neil Jackson (Push) and Ben Lambert. In the future, vampires and humans live in a cold war atmosphere, where a synthetic blood substitute keeps the bloodsuckers at bay, temporarily. This truce will last for only so long.
Chapkanov's previous films Weather Wars and Monster Wolf were both shown on the SyFy Network and this title will also likely show on this channel, in 2012. This director also completed work on Miami Magma, which was shown on television. Have a look at all the details for this production below, courtesy of UFO International.
The synopsis for Vampyre Nation:
"Bucharest, Romania: the not-too-distant future, but an entirely different city. The human population is dwindling. The vampire population,...

The forecast looks bright for Jason London's romantic life. The star of Dazed and Confused and Syfy's upcoming Weather Wars has finally obtained a divorce from wife Charlie Spradling—eight years after the duo first separated. Probably a good move considering the 38-year-old London just got engaged last November to current squeeze, Sofia Karstens. (The lovebirds are pictured.) According to Los Angeles Superior Court records, Spradling filed the final paperwork on Thursday and the divorce is now official. Per the petition, she will get sole physical custody of their 15-year-old daughter, Cooper, and the court ordered the actor to pay $1,000-a-month in child support. Neither was...
