Emilia Clarke says she felt pressured to do nude scenes after Game of Thrones. During an interview with Dax Shepard for his podcast Armchair Expert on Nov. 18, the actress revealed that the frequent onscreen nudity wasn't always something she felt comfortable with. "I'm a lot more savvy with what I'm comfortable with, and what I am okay with doing," Clarke told Shepard. "I've had fights on set before where I'm like, 'No, the sheet stays up,' and they're like, 'You don't wanna disappoint your Game of Thrones fans,' and I'm like, 'F*ck you.'"
Clarke notes that season one of the show featured a "f*ck-ton of nudity," which was very new to her. "I'd been on a film set twice before then," Clarke explained, referring to the 2009 British medical soap opera Doctors and the 2010 sci-fi TV film Triassic Attack. Every actor has to start their career somewhere, and most of the time the first film project for them isn't the best. ScreenRant has released a video that lists ten famous actors who got their starts with embarrassing movie roles. Some of the actors include Ben Affleck in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Denzel Washington in Heart Condition, Emilia Clarke in Triassic Attack, Matthew McConaughey and Renee Zellweger in Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation, and more. It's pretty funny to see where these big stars got their start.
Are you proud of your first job? If the answer is “no” then congratulations! You’re normal! While most of us have the luxury of being embarrassed in private, an actor’s resume is very public knowledge. And while some people get their big break right away, most of us start at the bottom. Here are 10 Famous Actors With Embarrassing Early Movie Roles.

Daenerys who? In 2010, Emilia Clarke was stealing the show as Savannah in Syfy's "Triassic Attack."
In true Syfy fashion, "Triassic Attack" tells the story of three dinosaur fossils that, when brought to life at a roadside museum, set out to destroy a local town.
Check out the "Game Of Thrones" star's drastically different look in the behind-the-scenes clip below:

Emilia Clarke might have become a household name thanks to her starring role in "Game of Thrones," but she actually was in American households well before she was playing Daenerys Targaryen. Clarke's big breakout was in the 2010 SyFy original movie "Triassic Attack," a made-for-tv movie about a town being attacked by reanimated dinosaur fossils. No wonder Clarke looks so at home with her dragons on "Game of Thrones."

New York — Emilia Clarke was auditioning to play one of America's most iconic heroines and wanted to impress. Her first scene required her to bite an apple.
"I was like, `Oh, yeah. I'm going to go all Daniel Day-Lewis on them. I'm going to bring my own apple!" the British actress recently recalled.
Everything was going well in the London rehearsal room until the character takes a bite. "I took this almighty hunk. I literally took half the apple in this one mouthful," she says, laughing.
As her scene partner and the director watched, stunned, Clarke kept going, despite a mouthful of fruit. "I remember being, `Well, I guess I have to kind of go there.'"
Whether it was due to her exuberance or sheer commitment, or a mixture of both, Clarke won the part, and what a part it is: Holly Golightly in a stage adaptation of Truman Capote's classic 1958 novella,...

San Diego’s Comic-Con International is the biggest event in the world devoted to genre pop culture. While the big Hollywood movies get the most mainstream press, there’s also a large, lesser known and promoted Independent Film Festival devoted to genre short films tucked away within the overall convention.
The Cci-iff, as it’s acronymed, runs completely concurrently with the convention with programming running from morning to night that includes films devoted to comic book-inspired movies, horror movies, sci-fi flicks, comedies and documentaries. There are also several panels on filmmaking sandwiched in between the on-screen entertainment.
The fest also gives out awards. This year’s juror panel includes filmmakers Steven-Charles Jaffee and Kyle Newman, plus entertainment journalist Borys Kit.
Programming blocks are broken up by genre and the full film lineup below gives the exact starting time of each short film. There’s also one feature film screening this year,...

HBO is keeping full episodes of "Game of Thrones" under wraps until closer to the show's debut. But the channel screened 15 minutes of footage for reporters this week, and we're now officially excited to see the finished product.
The cutdown HBO showed us included longer versions of scenes in the show's trailer, plus some new moments featuring the principal characters. Here are a few things you can look forward to seeing come April.
It's gorgeous. Most of "Game of Thrones" was shot in Northern Ireland, and there's a lot of natural beauty in addition to some very impressive production design. And like the "Lord of the Rings" movies, it strikes a good balance between grittier, more realistic-looking scenes and brighter, light-filled scenes.
It's fantasy, but not fantastical. Author George R.R. Martin, on whose novels the show is based, sprinkles fantasy elements throughout the books, but the novels (and the show...

SyFy are becoming synonymous with the Ott monster movie – including the recent “hit” Sharktopus, and it looks like there’s no sign of the trend abating as Eureka star Colin Ferguson heads behind the camera for Triassic Attack – a dinosaur movie with a difference… That difference, judging by these clips, is that the dinosaurs are already dead!
The Native American owner of a kitschy roadside museum who accidentally brings to life three dinosaur fossils. Now really annoyed, the giant dinos wreak havoc on the small town and the local university.
Triassic Attack, which stars Raoul Trujillo and Steven Brand, airs on SyFy Us this Saturday night at 9/8 Central.

Today might be Thanksgiving, but the real turkey may not be arriving until Saturday night when Syfy premieres its newest magnum opus, Triassic Attack, an astounding tale of absurdist terror about a Native American curse that brings museum dinosaur skeletons to murderous life and terrorize a small university town.
The tongue-in-cheek creature feature marks the feature film directing debut of "Eureka" star Colin Ferguson. Triassic Attack may very well be the silliest movie Syfy has ever concocted, and that's saying something just a few weeks removed from the premiere of Sharktopus. This one is either going to be gloriously fun bad or just plain awful bad.
Syfy has posted two short clips in anticipation of this weekend's premiere. The first clip unfortunately ends before we find out what happens when a T-Rex skeleton attempts to eat a cow. The second reveals why a Velociraptor skeleton playing chicken with a jeep...

I don’t have the SyFy channel up in Canada, but I’ll admit that I did manage to catch one of SyFy’s original movies: Stonehenge Apocalypse. I only really watched it because Misha Collins was in it and I’m a Supernatural fan, but, aside from the cheesy special effects (which were likely due to a low budget more than anything else), it wasn’t terrible for a made-for-tv movie. I guess these original movies must be doing pretty well, because Syfy has been making more of them. Including two movies which will be airing in November.

I know he wrote it in a blog post, but what I wouldn’t give to hear Alan Cumming, in that delightful accent of his, telling President Obama “We keep hearing that Obama is an ally, that ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ will end under his watch, but what do we actually get? Diddly squat thus far on a federal level, and in addition to that some very offensive statements that would have made the Republicans look bad."
MTV, I know you sign the paychecks around here, but you make it really hard for me to take you seriously with headlines like ‘Runaway’ Solidifies Kanye West As The Greatest Pop Star Of This Generation. I couldn’t even make it though the piece of self indulgent crap.
CBS, having already mined Twitter for all the show ideas it can come up with has devised a show about celebrity namesakes.

Triassic Attack: A sacred Indian ceremony brings fossilized dinosaurs back to life to terrorize a college campus. Who could possibly come up with an idea this boneheaded? Syfy, of course! Who else but Syfy would make a movie about T-Rex and pteradon skeletons running amok killing people?
Originally saddled with the more matter-of-fact title Fossils until someone at Syfy decided it needed a title with more pizazz, this Syfy original marks the feature film directing debut of Colin Ferguson, who must have read the script about zombie dinosaur fossils and instantly exclaimed, "Eureka! I must direct this!"
The "Eureka" star does not appear in the film; no doubt to busy playing an old "Colossal Fossil Fight" game for inspiration to step in front of the camera.
