Dewitt & Maria began as a warm and funny stage play about love in the age of the PC. Jim Mueller wrote it in 1980's, when everyone was hot to get a personal computer. It seemed like a guy could do anything with his own PC. He might even get a girl. The geeks were getting their revenge. The play won a New York State Council on the Arts grant to support a full production which took place in Sept 1989.
Selected for the Love International Film Festival in Portland OR and Venice CA.
Won honorable mention in the Feature Film category.
