When the Challenger is in the ditch there is one exhaust pipe that indicates it's a V6 model, and later at Pollos Hermanos, Walt White Jr. tells Hank that the Challenger was a V8. Without the R/T badge in the front grill, and with only one pipe, it was definitely the V6 model with SRT8 stripes on the hood.
When Walter is making donuts in the parking lot, the two overhead shots showing tire marks are meant to be at different locations in the parking lot. In reality, both overhead shots are of the same area, but they are shown in reverse time order. The first shot (which has the most tire marks) includes all of the marks seen in the second shot, plus others.
When Jesse is painting his walls the close-up shots show that the floor light must be directly to his right and shines on his face, whereas in the further away shots his face is not illuminated and the floor light is indeed behind him.
Jesse is shown playing Rage (2011) with a light gun controller. This episode takes place before the game was released, and the game was never made playable with such a device.
