- The game contains a few sex workers dressed in skimpy outfits that reveal cleavage and bare bellies. There is one side quest where you pay a prostitute to have sex, she runs her hands over her body and asks if the player likes what he sees. She then takes the player to her room, the screen goes dark, sex is implied and some moaning is heard.

- There are sections of the game where you battle other humans. (This may be disturbing to some players)
- Very violent, blood sprays whenever an enemy is shot though it can be easy to miss in dark settings. The enemy are mutants transformed in a nuclear blast.
