- There is an implied sex scene but isn't graphic (no nudity).
Violence & Gore

- Very strong bloody and gory violence throughout.
- A woman cuts an infected creature in half vertically, she penetrates the creature's chest then pulls the saw up and the two halves fall to the ground. Blood, gore and tissues spray everywhere. The camera doesn't linger too long on the results. however.
- An infected man bites a woman's face/lower cheek, the camera style is slightly shaky as it is handheld, but we clearly see he has a bloody chunk of flesh in his mouth.
- A woman has her jaw pulled back so hard that it breaks and reaches her back. Blood and bones are shown briefly.
- When we see the infected, they nearly always have blood and gore running down their chins, sometimes covering their faces and soaking their clothing/chests.
- A woman uses a chainsaw to cut an infected's head vertically. Very gory as the saw sinks in and blood splatters the woman's dress.
- A woman cuts a man's head off with the chainsaw. Bloody, but it happens fairly quickly and the severed head isn't seen afterwards.
- A man uses a very large butcher knife to stab an infected man who is attacking him. He stabs it deeply into the infected man's chest and it bleeds, but the infected man continutes to attack. He finally uses a kitchen mixer to kill the infected man, shoving it in his mouth. Blood splatters everywhere until his mouth/lower face is more or less destroyed, then he dies. Very graphic and gory, with accompanied graphic sound effects, the camera lingers a little longer than it does in most of the chainsaw gore sequences.
- An infected creature attacks a man and savagely bites another man's neck, after the infected man pulls away, we see the victim clearly has a chunk of his neck missing, he staggers around and puts his hand over the wound to try to hold in the blood, but it pours out and down his chest, soaking his shirt.
- A character's hand is bitten, as they hold the bloody hand up in shock to look at the damage you clearly see the chunk missing, then the flesh around the wound starts to turn black.
- A woman uses a chainsaw to behead a man who has been bitten. You see blood squirting up and out.

- Frequent use of strong profanities like "fuck", and many others throughout.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Characters at a wedding reception celebrate with drinks, mostly champagne. One of the wedding reception staff takes a short cigarette break. No drug use.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Violence is strong and graphic. Some images can be disturbing.
- Intense sequences of humans being pursued and set upon by multiple, fast moving attackers.
- Victims are pursued and attacked by relatives and people they know.
Spoilers
Sex & Nudity
- There is a scene where an infected party goer shuffles across the field of view with a torn dress exposing one of her breasts; however she is only visible for a few moments and the camera focus and lighting are both poor.
Violence & Gore
- A character uses a sword to sever the forearm of another character below the elbow, It bleeds the amount you would expect a severed arm to, before the other character ties it off with a tourniquet.
- A couple kiss, one of whom is infected. After they kiss deeply for a moment, the infected bites down on the other person's tongue and pulls it out of their mouth until it rips off. Very bloody, the tongue stretches before it rips, the infected person shakes their head around in slow motion and you see the gory meat protruding from their mouth waving around, the other person's mouth gapes open and gore and blood pours out and down their chin and chest.
- Two main characters get shot multiple times, first just a few times and then the shooters open up with automatic weapons/gunfire, lots of blood, they take over twenty bullets apiece total, fall to the ground mortally wounded, and they both reach feebly out to link hands before dying.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Survivors escaping onto a coach, including children, are attacked. This is viewed via CCTV at a remove but remains fairly intense and is presented in a style familiar from documentaries.
- The demons possessing the attackers are seen via mirrors and other reflective surfaces.
