surprising good

I was animated by serious reserves about Lego pieces films . Considerating them as movies for very young children, I considered than the story used were at very low level, in the best way for initial education purposes.

But , The Messiah was a surprising discover. First for realism. Second for the high respect for New Testament words.

Not the last, for care for details.

Sure, in half of hour, difficult to propose too much but The Messiah : A Brickfilm did it in more than decent manner, the use of admirable working more than reasonable in its case.

A film to remind , correct and reflecting the hard work for respect the public.

Very unsuitable for young children

Warning: Spoilers
Whilst this is a biblical account of Jesus' last hours, cleverly filmed using Lego figures, it shows Judas hanging by a noose & a violent & bloody beating of Jesus, Then there is a very bloodied Jesus being nailed to the cross. There is even a violent stabbing of the spear in Jesus' side as his mother weeps. Good for teens & maybe older children, but too violent for young children.
