Take the time to watch this great documentary. It inspires you and gives a great depiction of self reliance and neighbor helping neighbor. It takes you back to when honor and integrity were the way of life in the West. Where a handshake actually meant something - commitment. Linda Lou Crosby as producer, and Sandy Bradley, writer, have captured that throughout this short but meaningful documentary! What's really great is that those in Eastern Montana still abide by the code to which Owen Badgett has long subscribed. The scenes and interviews give the viewer a look into Western life unknown to most viewers. It's hard to believe that the Code of the Cowboy still lives on in areas of our country, and that most folks working these vast ranches don't have time for tweeting and texting and long cell phone conversations. How refreshing that they actually have face to face conversations and dialog with one another aimed at solving problems. Company Executives who teach ethics could learn something from The Gypsy Cowman!
