In 2004, following accusations by the tourism industry that traditional owners and Parks Australia staff were closing the public out of the Kakadu National Park, the Board of Management for the Park agreed to develop a shared vision for tourism management. This shared vision culminates in the traditional owners, Bininj Mungguy working in partnership with the tourism industry and taking control of the future of tourism in Kakadu National Park. This documentary is told through the Bininj Mungguy how they are building sustainable tourism businesses, sharing their country with visitors and continue to look after their homelands.
