After Joey opens the panel beside the vault door, Angie looks into it and we see the vent beyond goes on for a fair distance. However, later in the movie, we see into the vault itself and it's evident the layout of the vault and corridor couldn't possibly accommodate a vent of the length shown.
The bird droppings on the ledge disappear and reappear between shots.
On the rooftop of Englander's building both Joey and Angie are seen reaching the bottom of a ladder before Joey speaks to Nick from his phone. In the next shot the camera is positioned up with Nick and we see Joey at the bottom of the ladder but Angie only half way down.
After Lydia gets handed the note about the room having been swept for fingerprints, there's a shot of Nick standing beyond the narrow part of the ledge. After a brief shot of her, in his next shot he is suddenly standing back on the narrow part itself.
A short while after Lydia first offers him a cigarette, Nick moves almost to the corner of the building to communicate with Joey and Angie. In a cut to ground level with Suzie Morales and her cameraman, there's a shot up to the ledge where a figure clearly stands right next to the open window. In the next close-up, Nick's back near the corner.
When dealing with the heat sensor the robbers use fire extinguisher to not get caught. But a sensor like that doesn't really sense heat, but they sense the change of temperature. This means that most likely they would have triggered the sensor by doing this stunt.
While in the hotel, Ackerman racks the slide of his pistol to chamber a round. Police officers in the US carry their service weapons with a round in the chamber. If they need to shoot, taking the time to chamber a round puts them at a disadvantage and could cost them or others their lives.
At the end you see Nick being released from prison and one of the cops said that the governor came through.

At the start of the film when Nick approaches the hotel receptionist she can be seen mouthing something, but no sound is heard. Then a second later she can be heard saying "Good morning sir" but her mouth is not moving when she says this line.
The camera circling around Nestor in the vault touches his finger, right before the cut.
Joey and Angie set off a bomb on the roof of a building across from Nick, and the crowd on the ground turns its attention briefly to it for a few seconds, then back to Nick, and no police are dispatched to investigate.
Depending on the person watching the security camera to not be watching during the precise 2 seconds it takes to install a still picture would not be a reliable enough assurance to be counted on, particularly that early in the heist.
At 0:58:22 -in the top, left hand chrome trim a boom microphone's reflection is seen.
When the news helicopter starts blasting wind at the ledge, Mercer yells at Nick to hang on and calls him by the correct first name. He was going by Jay Walker and she didn't know his real name yet when she yelled it.
