In Waldek's life, filled mainly with computer games, there is a real earthquake. Young Waldek living in the housing projects in a small town in Poland is trying to make sense of all the goings on around him. He is a prolific gamer and wants to really compete in an upcoming gamer tournament. While leading up to the tournament he tries to juggle his close friendship with his best mate, his infatuation with a local girl that wants to join his gamer tournament team, his relationship with his Aunt whom he thinks is driving him hard - getting him to exercise, clean the house and his relationship with his overbearing over protective Mother. While all this is going on he is also trying to come to terms that his Mother has cancer, is in treatment and doesn't want her Dad or their friends to know she has this cancer. All's well that ends well. And Waldek will never forget his formative teenage years.—joerocca07
