- Rue is injected with morphine, and the needle is shown going in repeatedly due to her shaking. We clearly see the needle go in and blood go in the plunger

- Rue goes through withdrawal throughout the whole episode, but the actual drug use is extremely limited
- Rue is injected with morphine (see Violence & Gore for more details) to help her withdrawals. She is seen high for a few seconds before waking up the next day
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Rue yells and verbally harasses nearly every character she comes in contact with in this episode (see Violence & Gore for details) which is due to her withdrawals which is extremely distressing to watch.
- Rue repeatedly puts herself in dangerous situations (see Violence & Gore for details) which can be very stressful to watch, even if she makes it out okay.
- Rue vomits twice one visual and one audio this will trigger people with emetophobia
