The title of the episode, as well as Amuta and Daly's description of the Light, is in reference to the poem High Flight by John Gillespie Magee Jr.
While undercover at the Registry, Drea Mikami tells Jared that it reminds her of her grandmother's life in a camp during World War II. She is referring to the Japanese-American Internment camps to which Japanese-American US citizens were sent for fear that they might be spies for Japan.
