(at around 30 mins) Walt drops the teddy bear eyeball. When he crouches down to retrieve it, the shot from under the bed shows the eyeball "looking" to Walt's right. When the view changes to Walt getting up to answer the door, the eyeball is "looking" straight out from under the bed. Then the shot from under the bed again shows the eyeball "looking" to the same side as earlier.
In the Beachcomber Hotel, Walt makes a sandwich out of bread from a bag labeled Nature's Own Honey Wheat. But the slices he uses are clearly plain white bread.
In the opening scene, when the Salamanca brothers pull up in their Mercedes, get out and begin to crawl towards the shrine, there are other people crawling in front of them, but when they show the building with the shrine, the brothers are in front of the procession.

At the end of the episode one of the cousins lights a pool of gasoline with a lit cigarillo. This is impossible, the ATF did an experiment in which they tried to light gasoline with a lit cigarette 4500 times and failed 4500 times.
When Walter's sleeve catches fire after he tries to put out the burning money, you can see Bryan Cranston wearing a safety glove to protect him from injury.
One of the newspapers has the headline "Controller Played Role in Crash" and has a photo of the wreckage, but the story below the photo appears to be about some kind of plague or epidemic ("there is no evidence the worst of the global outbreak is over".)
At the start (and at some other scenes throughout the whole show) you can see the 'prop' banknotes have "For Motion Picture Use Only" printed on them, you can see the bottom right note has this.
