What would Lindsay Lohan say? Her “Mean Girls” co-star Jonathan Bennett, aka Aaron Samuels, is our pre-premiere favorite to win “Celebrity Big Brother,” while her mother, Dina Lohan, is down in fifth place.
Bennett has 9/2 odds to win the second season of the celebrity edition. And not only does the actor and “Dancing with the Stars” alum have the support of our readers, but he’s also friends with Kaitlyn from “Big Brother 20.” Can’t get a better endorsement than that. Maybe she had a vision of him winning. Or at the very least maybe they trained with a an eight-piece puzzle. #neverforget
Bennett, who’s hosted “Cake Wars” and “Cupcake Wars,” also dates Jaymes Vaughan, half of the Chippendales team that came in second on “The Amazing Race 21,” so his CBS reality show connections run deep. We hope at least he forms a Lindsay alliance with Dina (an aliloance?...

A funny thing started happening on the internet last week: People started convincing their family members that they were invisible.
Like an infinite number of primates eventually stumbling on Shakespeare, the 2018-era meme-iverse might have eventually stumbled on this new viral trend on its own. But it’s impossible not to trace this growing crop of living room videos to an episode of the Netflix show “Magic for Humans.”
In Episode 4, host Justin Willman leads a group of people in a Los Angeles park to help persuade a random passerby that no one can see him. There’s magic involved — Willman effectively disappears another guy who’s in on the experiment — but the trick only works because dozens of people play along.

Dancing With the Stars professional dancer Jenna Johnson, now part of the dance troupe on the ABC series, is taking you behind the scenes of season 25. Last week's "Guilty Pleasure" night was a fun way to get to know the celebrities a bit better. I'll start by admitting that my guilty pleasure is the Food Network, especially Cupcake Wars. My sister and I started a cupcake business in high school because of Cupcake Wars. I'm obsessed with watching what flavors they put together and how they decorate the cute little cupcakes. Ever wonder how much money superheroes make while working in their day jobs? We have an infographic here for you to check out today from Zippia that breaks it all down for you. It's interesting to see and you wonder how these heroes can survive making as much money as they do! For example, Clark Kent is only pulling it about $39K a year as a journalist and Spider-Man is making around $22K as a photographer. Then, of course, there's Scott Lang aka Ant-Man who's only making 18K at Baskin Robbins! At that point, you might want to use those super powers to help make a little extra cash! The infographic came with the following note:

“Master of None” has been a boon for showcasing diversity with its inclusive casting and storylines that take a look at people who don’t always get screen time. From its Asian-American leading man Aziz Ansari and a slew of supporting cast who are people of color (and one who is gay) to the unique narratives that shift the spotlight to underserved groups, the Netflix series is also a standout for diversity behind the camera. It’s currently only one of a handful of TV series that can boast Asian-American creators.

Have you ever heard of that food-shopping rule of thumb? You know, never go when you're hungry. Passing the sweet smells of the bakery section on an empty stomach is pretty much torture. The advice applies to watching most, if not all, TV cooking shows too. Seriously, have you perchance sat down to watch "Hell's Kitchen" on an empty stomach? No, you haven't because you don't survive that. No one survives that.
Imagine yourself sitting through an entire hour-long episode, watching chefs compete by preparing the most delectable culinary creations you've ever seen, with the background noise of ... your stomach rumbling like thunder on a warm summer day. You can't even control the reaction because it's basically a Pavlovian response to the barren wasteland of a stomach you've left for yourself. Add the fact that after watching these shows sans-snacks, the only thing you will crave is food from a...

Not many people would want to get wasted, tape themselves talking, and then show that video to their closest friends and family. But when you're mimicking the folks at "Drunk History" and explaining your "how we met" story for your wedding, then it's pretty much the most genius idea ever.
California couple Justin Willman and Jillian Sipkins took inspiration from the hilarious Comedy Central series for their own version of "Drunk History," filming a mini-movie that tells the tale of their multiple chance meetings before they started dating. Billy Bob Thornton pissed off the cast of "Cupcake Wars" when he ripped their show -- and reality TV in general -- for being a waste of airtime, but now that they're fighting back ... he's going soft. The actor said a mouthful about the cupcake show on his recently aired episode of "Oprah's Master Class" -- such as, "Seriously, it's not that G** damn dangerous to make a cupcake." But last night when we caught...

Billy Bob Thornton doesn't watch Food Network's Cupcake Wars, even though the popular program has been on for nine seasons. The reason, he said, is due to the unkind nature of reality competition shows. "We're living in a time that's just become judgmental and everybody wants to see failure," the 58-year-old actor said during an episode of Oprah's Master Class that aired Sunday. The Fargo star continued, "They want to see people knocked off the hill. You can't have a television show without a competition because they want to see who cries this week and who goes downhill, who gets kicked out." Thornton argued that reality TV is making society meaner. "We don't...

Zap2it: So what did the host of "Cupcake Wars" go as on Halloween?
Justin Willman: My girlfriend went as Marie Antoinette, and I went as a piece of cake.
Zap2it: How appropriate!
Justin Willman: Yeah, exactly.
Zap2it: You're not a baker, so what makes you right for being host of this show?
Justin Willman: Obviously, I'm a comedian/magician, so whatever the event, if it has to do with embracing comedy, I'm all about it. "Cupcake Wars" is inherently tongue-in-cheek, and the whole thing lends itself to a comedic approach, that we often have to err on the side of emphasizing the drama.
So when it's an episode about literally comedy, we can really loosen it up. For the Variety Power of Comedy event, for Round 1, just to give you a sense, we gave them foods that are inherently funny, like parsnips, seltzer water,...

As a break from all the tension, Food Network's competitive reality series "Cupcake Wars" is offering up a sweet and funny treat on Saturday, Dec. 7, with an episode called "Comedy Cupcakes."
Four bakers compete to create the perfect confection for the celebrity-studded VIP party for Variety magazine's Power of Comedy event. Fairfield, Conn. -- A judge on the Food Network reality television show "Cupcake Wars" has resolved her lawsuit with a Connecticut cupcake store over its name.
Candace Nelson's company, Sprinkles Cupcakes, settled its federal trademark infringement lawsuit against a store named Pink Sprinkles last week. The lawsuit claimed the similarity in names was likely to cause confusion in the marketplace.
An attorney and a spokesman for Pink Sprinkles say the store in Fairfield will now be called Pink Cupcake Shack.
The lawsuit said Sprinkles Cupcakes opened its first store in Beverly Hills, Calif., in 2005 and became a national phenomenon as the cupcakes were featured on shows hosted by Oprah Winfrey and Martha Stewart. Pink Sprinkles opened in 2009.
An attorney for Sprinkles Cupcakes hasn't returned a message left Tuesday seeking comment.
