![A documentary about the brief rise and the spiraling, 12 year fall of the obscure Connecticut based rock band, Cable. The film, entitled "Last Call: The Movie", captures the excitement of discovery felt by swaggering, fresh-faced punk rockers and follows them into an inevitable fog of bitterness and disappointment as they fail to match the popularity of rival bands. Finally, as maturity sneaks up on the band members, they come to the realization that making music that they enjoy is reward enough.
A must for fans of the New England hardcore music scene of the 90s, the documentary features interviews with notables of the period.
