After breaking her leg, 'Smith' repairs her leg and drills a plate over the wound to protect it. The next time you see the injured leg, Atlas once again has an open wound.

After landing, Atlas locks in her boots so she can operate & walk 'Smith'. After injuring her leg making walking impossible 'Smith' walks, runs etc without needing Atlas to control it. Later on in the movie she is seen 'running' in 'Smith' even though when out of the suit she can barely walk.

At 32:50 after crashing to the planet and Atlas is setting the language on the suit. The Finnish language is listed as Suomalainen, which is a Finnish person. It should be Suomi, which is the language.

The broken bone is analyzed as a proximal tibia fracture, but on the 3D reconstruction a mid shaft femur fracture is visible. (The femur is the bone connecting the hip to the knee). Not very smart from AI.

When Atlas is choosing the language on her suit the language "Åland" is listed. Åland is not a language but instead an autonomous region of Finland. Swedish is the official language of Åland.

An advanced computer system like Smith should be consistent in its use of units. However, he specifies distances In kilometres (or the military slang synonym 'klicks') but depths in feet.

At 25:35 -just after saying "excuse ma ma'am" a robot walks through two crew members and the guy on the left is not even reacting; he continues to read his tablet.

Atlas requires the strike team to disable their neural links before briefing them with paper documents, saying anything digital would be stored in the ARC suits and discoverable if Harlan hacked into them. But once the ARC suits were reactivated, they would be able to access the soldiers' memories of the briefing and the read materials, so that info would be vulnerable to Harlan anyway.

This advanced technology treats Jennifer's leg without applying local anesthesia.

After Atlas falls to the planet, Smith's Fusion Core power levels are lowering. Atlas finds many downed ARCs but doesn't pick up any of their fusion cores.

At minute 51 Casca reports to Harlan using a holographic device: communication between AIs should be direct, rather than mediated by interfaces typical of human beings.

In the movie, humanity has invented faster than light travel and can jump 2 million light years as if it were a few hours or days. If this were the case then every planet in the galaxy would be available for exploration, colonization, mining, or other exploitation. This means it doesn't matter if the Earth g uninhabitable, because humans could just move somewhere else.
