In Margot's hotel room, Sergei opens the liquor bottle and is pouring drinks when Margot asks him to kiss her. She takes the bottle from him and sets it on the table. As they begin to kiss and then fall back on the couch, the stopper has reappeared in the bottle without anyone touching it again.
The text on the screen says, "35th Annual IAC Conference," but on a sign inside the lobby in the next scene, a poster says, "The 43rd International Astronautical Congress."
When Karen and Aleida are talking in the Outpost, there is a US flag hanging vertically on the wall behind Aleida. It is just barely visible that the canton (the field of stars on a blue background) is on the upper right. However, when displayed vertically the canton should always be on the upper left. While this is a common mistake for civilians, it is unlikely this would go unnoticed by the astronauts and NASA personnel who frequent the Outpost, many of whom have ties to the military and would be well aware of proper flag protocol.
The London Hotel elevator has a no smoking sign with the Los Angeles Municipal Code plaque.
Though the I.A.C. conference is supposed to be taking place in London, a close up shot of the hotel elevator's button panel clearly displays a no smoking sign which references the Los Angeles Municipal Code (abbreviated as L.A.M.C.).
Margo is given a card with a number on it +44 071 946-0241, +4 is the international code for the UK but this is not a valid UK number for several reasons. After +44 the first 0 is always dropped. A number starting 07 or +447 is a mobile number and should have 11 digits starting 07, this number has 10. The number uses a US format, UK numbers do not use a "-" and the initial 5 numbers (for mobiles) are always grouped, the number should be shown as +44 7194 60241X (X is the missing digit).
