Funny first episode.
Jack heads to uni after the death of his father, in the closet and very shy, he befriends his new room mate.
Thoroughly enjoyed this first episode, there is definitely some mileage here, and a lot of laughs to come. I liked the characters, the scenario, and it naturally gets an extra point for featuring the magical Camille Coduri.
I expect laughs and a few tears, I think this opener sets the scenario, and sets the tone.
Funniest moment of course had to be where poor Jack almost got it going on with Yemi, that was funny, and would of course have been a moment to turn his entire life around.
Comedy class act Katy Wix may actually have stolen this first episode, the annoying, but well meaning Jules was very funny.
Great start, 8/10.
