The execution was not perfect here, but the story itself was one that made you think. And set the stage for a violent moment in the end, one this show surprisingly hasn't used yet.

Liz was quite unjust. Where's the natural justice?

Warning: Spoilers
Season 5 is becoming more Barton Finkesque, particularly with Jay's incredibly imaginative hallucinations which melds reality. Quite spooky, but effective for sure.
The ending was quite climactic, with Oscar Rivi's deaf wife playing a key role.
The scene were Liz summarily and brutally fires the lawyers representing drug kingpin Oscar Rivi (Tony Plana) made for powerful and swift racial justice, but really it was very unrealistic. Has Liz ever heard of unfair dismissal? Or natural justice? Yes, there was an alleged slur against Rivi, but about about natural justice?
The outdoor conversation scene was qutie chilly.
Still, I like The Good Fight although I wish the seasons have more episodes.
