The shoot outs where no one gets hit is ridiculous Do all of them really have that bad of aim ?

Could be better but... It's ok.
pmartinsd3 September 2021
It's a little difficult to care about the characters when the show doesn't provide you a good developing base. The characters are so simple and futile! And that's the main problem of the season so far: things happen and you feel nothing. But, this season is technically one of the best. The photography direction is good and I'm kinda excited to see what they do in the rest of the season. The soundtrack is more generic than ever. And obviously the gunfight is a little bad done, but I'm used to it.

God I hate Arturu
aboalhyjaa3 September 2021
Loved the football references, action scenes were a bit much, cinematography and background music is great and deserves a 10 stars but the rest of the episodes forces me to give it a 7 stars rating.

finally someone shot Arturo!!!!!
ecimze12 July 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I gave this episode 10, just because Arturo finally got shot!

He annoyed me since s1, episode 1, and just kept getting worse and worse. All of the mess is made because of him and his false bravery.

He is even more annoying than Gandia, or Sienna.

I would even call him ignorant and egoistic. Just so many negative things, I can't think of not even a single positive thing for him.

He was pretending to be brave by manipulating others to do the dirty work. So many people got hurt because of him, and even after that, he called himself a hero.

Most annoying character ever, me dio asco.

Other than that, a lot of unrealistic shooting in this episode, like I am watching Expendables.

So Unrealistic!

Warning: Spoilers
The reviews for this episode are making me laugh out loud. What, NOW you think the show is unrealistic?? As if anything up to this point has been remotely plausible. People need to sit back and enjoy stupid fun for Pete's sake. It's pretend! Get over it! I've been waiting for Arturo to get it since the first episode, and how he got it was pretty satisfying. Stupid fun. Totally implausible. And we had fun watching it.

[7.5] The hidden nuke
cjonesas6 September 2021
Warning: Spoilers
As soon as season 5 started, it became clear that in order to enjoy further, I have to shut my brain off momentarily, so I do it for the whole continuity of the episodes (at least for the first part) and I'll be just fine.

Zero casualties and some other magic tricks are something so damn creative from the writers!

Next time, search for a nuke in the arsenal...

Drama at its finest
robertheduardoperezmachado4 September 2021
Great episode, very exciting from start to finish. Gandia is a terrific actor, love him, Arturo played his part too, because you want to slap him in the face. Everything went wrong this time for the "good guys", until the end, as they saw a little light. The Only thing I did not like was the fact of the hostages using weapons as experts.

This is a comedy - but not in a good way
eliasengelhardt7 September 2021
Warning: Spoilers
What happened to this great show? I remember sitting there staring at the credits with tears in my eyes.

But this is nothing like the series I once started watching! Of course La casa de papel never wanted to be a super realistic show. But it had one thing that always caught me: Interesting, unique and believable characters. But they all seem gone although they aren't! You can easily exchange everyone with another, cause they are just lame figures making random decisions to fulfill pointless objectives, just to stretch the plot. And this happens since the beginning of season 4!

Another thing that makes me sad over and over again: Nothing REALLY happens. Let me explain this. A lot of serious events just vanish like they never happened. Where is the impact of all of this? Military, a dangerous dude playing real life call of duty, Arturo screaming and doing annoying stuff again, and (last but not least) a grenade exploding in an elevator (S4) but in the end it all leads to: Correct - nothing. Nothing happens. Since the beginning of S4 this show is just a small circle repeating everything over and over again. Arturo burning Denver was the best joke in this episode. He provocates him till he starts shooting, then a little flamethrower action and again: A pointless event that happened one million times before just because the showrunners don't want to get deeper into these once beautiful characters. And they just seem not brave enough to let consequences really happen.

A prediction for episode 3 without having it watched yet: Arturo doesn't die, he just gets a doctor (to stretch the plot) and then apologizes just to do some Arturo-stuff again...

I think the best way would have been if they ended the series after season 2. The ending was nearly perfect. Season three was okay, especially the ending had one of the most emotional scenes in my opinion. But everything that came after this... You know what I want to say.

The worst thing is, that it still keeps me hooked enough that I can't stop watching it. The acting is still good and the production level also made a step up. So I still rate this 3/10. Maybe even because I'm still hoping for a positive turn - a surprise, anything new, as in the good old days of this once phenomenal show.

Suddenly a bunch of hostages with zero experience with guns become experienced soldiers and put a bunch of experienced thieves into a cul-de-sac. A pregnant lady incapacitated 3 men?

Utterly stupid.

Real action
Gala19861 November 2021
It was Arturo's star song! His finest hour. Incredible drive. And even if it was incredible, but spectacular and exciting. This is the main thing!

What else will surprise us? I'm looking forward to it.

This show is entertaining the you know what that means? Lol you will never know kid.

This is One location, good dialogs, good fighting scenes, perfect production design, suspense was high level , la casa de papel s4 was worst, but this is final episode for me seems promising and we are ahead to see more main characters to die , calling this episode stupid haha? Lol go watch Riverdale or sex education and leave this show please , don't watch something because people talking about it a lot .

Massive disappointment
detlic4 September 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This is getting ridiculous... Inconsistencies, not plausible or even believable events, actions that make no sense... A pregnant woman knocks out a grown man, drags him and sets him in bed, cleans up the mess before the people enter, and lies invisible under a blanket on top bunk... Then she shoots through a door and misses a guy who also has a gun pointed at her. But for some reason, the guy doesn't pull the trigger and decides to surrender?!

One guy, who never had a gun in his hands now can use any weaponry, turn forklifts into armored vehicles... And another person goes through ventilation in a building she has never been in, without a map or bluepint and shows up right behind him... The quality of this show started dropping greatly after season 2.

Robbers VS Hostages
ZegMaarJus15 July 2022
Warning: Spoilers
This Episode begins with the group, they walk outside. Lisboa waves the white flag. Bogota fights with Gandia. Arturo shoots down Denver. The robbers opened a gun fight with the hostages. The hostages reached the gun room. Alicia knocked El Profesor down with a fire extinguisher. Alicia poisoned Marsella. Bogota gave Gandia back to the police. Monica shoots Arturo down. Nice Episode of La Casa de Papel Part 5, what a thrilling episode of La Casa. Is Arturo dead, or did he survive the shooting?

Arturo has become the most badaas character
nicofreezer9 November 2021
In this show , and by far the best ( except the proffesor i guess) but the way they changed his character from Season 1 is unrealistic and stupid, he started as a man doing anything he Can to survive, q bit of a jerk but a good man compering to these terrorist ( the heros) and from Season 4 the writers decided to totally change Arturo character, making him a "raper and a gun specialist. Not the same man at all, he turn from a Funny Guy trying to survive to the main villain in the show.. stupid.

Still, Arturo is the best character since the very beggining, and one of the reasons i kept watching it.

This show is trying to give you goosebumps in an illogical way
mmehdirajabi4 September 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I can't understand this show anymore.

We saw a lot of shooting bullets but no one gets even injured, the creators of this show are only trying to make stupid action moments.

Look how much unnecessary drama and emotional moments they have put in this show.

From a very serious show about rubbing banks and battle of minds between Professor and Cops, we have reached to a teen age show about how you can bang your girlfriend in the middle of a heist and how to shoot unlimited amounts of bullets to nowhere.
