I like that this touches on the danger of Trial by public opinion

Today's political madness demands people's allegations be believed without evidence all in the name of "Believe the victim". This story demonstrates how the life of multiple innocent people can be destroyed by a false allegation.

Story idea great

What is terrible is that Elise messed up, putting Maggie and Bell at the wrong address, giving the killer time to kidnap a victim. That woman dies because of Elise's mistake, yet she suffers no consequences. Maggie never even confronts her about how terrible the mistake was, only gently asks her to ask for help. There are quite a few instances in each episode that have me rolling my eyes, but this was by far the worst, most ludicrous scene. In the very next episode we see Elise and she's merely been moved to another department and has the audacity to complain about it. It is great that the show wants to show the PTSD is real, but this was a complete failure.

This should have had a Ending wrap up on the Primary Cause of the Deaths

Many Sites like "Fraudster" get away with "We can't be held accountable for what people post". That is ridiculous especially once it is proven the "Posts" are false with Photo Shop. It is hinted that the "Angry Lawyer" should be Prosecuted. But when someone asks "Fraudster" to de post, they should until it is verified. This is what should have be done by Fraudster. They did not do this, and 5 people die, and 4 are injured. "Frank" should have had the "Firm" gone after "Fraudster" instead of firing the Lawyer who he fired w/o facts via only protecting the firm. Maybe he should have called "Bull" the other CBS show "Law Firm" who do try to do what is right (I have only watched 1/2 of 6th season) there should be many doing wrongful death and wrongful injury to every "Fraudster" employee who messed up and did not validate the photos. It would have been a better ending with one or several of the FBI agents calling "Lawyer" Friends for the Families who lost someone/etc. Or just discussing that instead of "Lets go for Drinks". Maybe a Carry over on "Bull" for Season 7? I think they are in the same city? Wrongful Death Families with "Bull / TAC Firm" vs "Fraudster Employees that did not do what was right and "Check" the complaints and not just leave up the "Posts". Including the "Lawyers" of Fraudster for not insuring "Fraudster" validates Posts.

Dumb and Dumber ride again

Once again Dumb from Dumb & Dumber identifies himself to the suspect from a distance which allows the suspect to make a break for it (yet again) and grab a hostage!

This has become the standard MO for this series and happens in episode after episode!

Can the writers please stop being lazy and start writing some fresh scrips that are at least semi plausible!
