- Raquel's longtime crush on her next-door neighbor turns into something more when he starts developing feelings for her, despite his family's objections.
- Raquel is madly and irrevocably in love with Ares, her attractive and mysterious neighbour. The thing is, she has watched him from afar because, much to her dismay, they haven't exchanged a single word. But Raquel has a very clear mission: to make Ares fall in love with her. However, she is not an innocent, helpless girl and she is certainly not prepared to lose everything to achieve her goal, most importantly not herself.
- Raquel (Clara Galle) starts narrating the story of her life. In a classroom, we see her refusing to read her assignment as even though she knows how to write a story, she isn't brave enough to tell it. She then says that her story doesn't start in this classroom, it actually starts in her house. Her house, as she describes, is a humble abode that, through ups and downs, ended up surrounded by an empire called the Hidalgo mansion. The Hidalgos are her next-door neighbors, but their lifestyle is completely different from hers. The Hidalgos own Alpha 3, one of the most influential companies in the country, whose headquarters is the most spectacular building in Barcelona.
Alpha 3 refers to the three heirs to the empire, the Hidalgo brothers, Artemis (Eric Masip), Ares (Julio Peña), and Apolo (Hugo Arbues). Raquel has an unhealthy obsession with Ares but has never said a word to him. She knows everything he does and likes to collect information about him. Apolo thanks Raquel for letting them use her Wi-Fi as theirs is broken. She is confused and finds out that Ares has hacked into her computer and cracked the Wi-Fi password. In the midst, Raquel's close pals, Yoshi (Guillermo Lasheras) and Daniella (Natalia Azahara) are also introduced, where Raquel brings up her ill encounter with her hot neighbor, to which Daniella squeals but Yoshi doesn't seem to be convinced of it. turns out Yoshi's into Raquel.
The same day, after school dispersal, Raquel stalks Ares by lurking under the bleachers drooling over the breathtaking guy working out before game. An abrupt downpour makes the game dismiss for the day, and Raquel finds herself following Ares into a secluded wooded area, where she confronts him about hacking into her computer. In response, he writes the password on her hand and asks her why it is a code that says, 'Ares, Greek God'. They exchange words which leads to Raquel admitting that she likes him and wants him to fall for her.
At night she unplugs the Wi-Fi to assert that it's her who is in control of it. But Ares climbs up her window into her room and plugs it back in. They share a steamy moment that leaves Raquel wanting for more. The next day Ares invites her to a party where she seduces him but doesn't let him get what he wants and exclaims that karma comes around. Later, she befriends with the younger Hidalgo boy, Apolo, and buys a drink for him, who gets too drunk and doesn't want to go back home. She takes him to her place with the help of Daniela. On the way to her place, Apolo accidentally breaks her phone, also Apolo in his drunken-self expresses his interest in Daniela. Meanwhile Ares again climbs up her window and says that until their father goes to work, they can't go back home. Ares opens up to her about his grandfather's death and how he too has allergies just like him, later asks Raquel to climb along into the bed and shares a steamy moment with her with a wasted Apolo in slumber.
The next day, whilst getting back home with Yoshi to study, she finds a mysterious packet on her bed along with a note, which turns out to be Ares, gifting a new phone to her, which came out as a displeasing gesture to her. Hence, she marches to his door to return it back, and within a tick of time we saw the adolescents having sex, though there seems to be something surreal with Ares, whose actions enraged Raquel (he plays video-games after sex with her) and she storms back impulsively leaving behind her locket.
Ares texts Raquel a photo of her locket and makes her have another steamy encounter with him after hitting off the private pool party at the Hidalgo's (the gang was playing "never have I ever"), She ends up staying the night. The next morning Ares leaves her dumbfounded in his bed (where she is found naked by housekeeper Claudia (Emilia Lazo) and embarrassingly sweep off from the mansion, behind the scenes though Ares was uncannily lurking behind.
A disheartened Raquel's being accompanied by her fellas, Daniela and Yoshi, to a party to help her move on after the abrupt ending of the fling. Raquel though sighing claiming that Ares isn't going to be hanging in here. She feels shattered when she sees Ares fooling around with some chick, which invokes her to spend some time with her friends in order to get over him. Meanwhile Daniela is being seen sharing a hot moment with Apolo, who is apparently mesmerized with her, and Yoshi sharing a dance with Raquel. the trio later goofs around the school-pool, where they swim and then Yoshi and Raquel share a chat, with him lying his head on her lap, feeling aroused by her, which Raquel notices and to take a dig, throws him into the pool. later the trio jets off to home.
Ares sees her in the street in a vulnerable position and takes her to her house. Ares admits that he has been pushing her away as she makes him feel things and how his father has already set a path for him which he has follow. A path that doesn't involve falling for any girl. Ares tells Raquel that he genuinely does care about her and asks her to give him another chance.
Everything seems to be going well this time. Ares's father confronts him with evidence that he is going steady with Raquel. Alpha3 is on-boarding a new investor, and his father is worried that this affair will cause a scandal. But Ares refuses to back down and refuses to leave for Stanford for studies. He starts working with Raquel at her fast-food job. Artemis finds out about this. Ares takes Raquel to a family party to prove a point to his father. There, Raquel feels humiliated when she sees her mother working as a waitress. This was planned by Artemis. Raquel has a heartfelt conversation with her mother where she tells her not to follow in the footsteps of her father. Her father was a great writer, but he never had the courage to publish his novel. She encourages her to cut all the drama and just tell Ares how she really feels about him.
Raquel goes to Ares's place to tell him just that but isn't allowed into the house as everyone in his family feels that she is a distraction that will stop him from attaining his goals. Ares disobeys everyone and runs to the prom where he is shunned by Yoshi for breaking Raquel's heart so many times. Yoshi always had feelings for Raquel and wanted to be more than just her friend. He had resented Raquel and Ares's relationship from the very beginning. Yoshi is furious and doesn't let Ares speak to Raquel. They exchange words that lead to a fight where Yoshi pushes Ares into an empty pool. Soon the pool starts filling up with water.
Yoshi tells Raquel what happened at the pool, and she rushes to save him as she remembers that he is allergic to chlorine. It is said that Ares suffered from a severe Anaphylactic attack. Raquel visits him at the hospital and stays by his side the whole time until he completely recovers. After the scare, Ares's family lets him do what he wants. So, he decided to study medicine in Stockholm. On the airport, Ares confesses that he had purposefully broken their Wi-Fi so that he could talk to her. Raquel is finally brave enough to tell her story, so four months later she publishes her book called 'Through My Window'. The end credits roll as we see Ares climb up her window to surprise her.
