During his description of previous Trinity killings Lundy mentions that one of the locations Trinity has struck was Louisville, Ky. However, no pins are visible marking Louisville, Ky. on Lundy's map. See especially the close-up of Lundy's map during the "Previously on Dexter" segment on the next installment of "Dexter".
When we are on the sixth floor with Masuka and Debra throwing dummies out the open doors there is a railing with a gate in it. When the perspective changes to the ground with Dexter and Lundy looking up, Debra comes to opening to look down and there's no railing or gate.
When Debra first arrives at the "suicide" and talks to Lundy, you can see a police officer measuring the distance in the background. The measuring wheel is not turning around and therefore is not touching the ground or measuring the distance.
When Debra and Agent Lundy are sitting in the bar, Debra receives a text message from Anton. Upon typing a message back to him that reads "Looks like it", her thumbs are no where near the letters she is typing in the message.
The Miami Metro police department sure has a slow elevator. When Angel and LaGuerta ride the elevator down after work the doors close at 43:05. The scene ends at 43:59 and the elevator still hasn't reached it's destination.
Today, almost all elevators use one of two types of AC motors: the most common are geared motors for elevators moving at speeds up to 500 feet per minute. In 54 seconds the elevator would have traveled 450 feet (137 m).
Looking out the window of the Homicide Division you can see the fans of palm trees close to the building. In south Florida large palm trees grow to a mature stature of more than 20 feet tall, putting the Homicide Division at the 5th floor. If it takes a minute to ride the elevator down 5 stories it would be traveling at about 20 feet per minute (about 25 times slower than the average elevator).
The camera man is plainly visible in the reflection of Lundy's sunglasses several times at the location of the "suicide" victim (when talking to Debra, when with Dexter, etc).
