Most of the movie was filmed in one day, from 8AM to 6PM. The movie was assembled in less than two hours the following day.
Pick-ups were filmed less than a week later, which included the scene with "Cop Juror" shaking "Juror 3's" hand and the Tenant/Super dispute.
The movie was originally shot as a preset test on a Canon XH-A1, using the "Noname" preset and the "Disjecta" preset.
With the exception of the opening piano piece (which appears three times in the film), all other music was stock music that came with Final Cut Studio 2, as were many of the sound effects.
During the suicide scene, Robert Youngren threw half of his body over the side of the roof. The cast and crew went into a panic after each take.
