Spoiler Alert if you didn't watch TBBT

Spoiler Alert: I think this was a really good episode that foreshadows family events we know happened from information Sheldon shared about his family. We know his parents fought a lot and Mary threatened to kill George several times and that Sheldon didn't think they had a happy marriage. In TBBT, we learned that a 13 year old Sheldon walked in on his Dad having relations with another woman and that his father died when Sheldon was 14. We also gather from Sheldon on TBBT that George was an alcoholic that sometimes had underage Sheldon drive when he was too drunk to drive himself. I have wondered how in the world Young Sheldon would address this and it seems that this season's finale is hinting at issues that will start to be developed next season. Bravo for staying true to the storyline set up already. I think it was well done and I can't wait to watch the next season. I hope they stay on the air until Sheldon graduates college!

Didn't see that coming

Very interesting episode that seems to set up future events which is ok with me. Probably could have been funnier but I think they had to fit in so many details for next seasons stories, and its not all funny material. Of course Meemaw is always good for a few laughs.

Oh and I liked how Missy ripped up Sheldons picture of Professor Proton. Remember when Sinead Oconnor ripped up the pic of the Pope on SNL? Good tie-in right there since her song was used. Loved it.

Good ending for the season, but didn't see THAT one coming...

We know most things that happened to Sheldon as a kid and we know his father cheated, but I never would have imagined that it was with HER!!!! (Won't say the name) but I was shocked the last few seconds of the season...

I really enjoyed this season just as much as the other ones.

Really looking forward to watching the next season.

Good episode, but kinda weak for a finale.

After all these terrific episodes, this was kind of a letdown, but still awesome. I hope the ending doesn't mean what I think it means.

Good episode, but if the foreshadowing occurs, I will never watch a Chuck Lorre again.
