- A large pig is "dressed" at a farm, it has its throat cut wide open, its entrails removed, is skinned, and hung up
- A woman is raped by a man in a creek
- A woman smashed a frog in her hands.
- A woman is dragged to a basement, has her colostomy bag ripped off, as the man jabs his fingers into the colostomy hole, this scene is very intense, arguably the worse part of the film
- An old man cuts a cats throat open.
- We see a snuff film involving an abortion: the fetus's head it cut off and placed inside an old clock. In the extended version, the woman is disemboweled and has one nipple removed, and the fetus's corpse is urinated and defecated on.
- A man has his entrails stabbed out of him, the people pull them out and brutalize him while he is in agonizing pain, he is later burned alive in a satanic orgy sequence

- In the end a dying man is thrown screaming on a bonfire and burned alive while the other masturbate and urinate on the fire.
Violence & Gore
- A woman is violently beat, later she is thrown off a cliff.
- There are multiple scenes of dead animals being fondled with and mutilated. Definite scenes of animal cruelty which can be upsetting for many viewers.
- A woman is held down, and has one of her ovaries violently cut out of her while she is alive
- A woman cuts a snail's eyes off; this causes a mans eyes to become removed
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- There are multiple scenes of mutilated animal carcasses and form of animal cruelty acts being performed and it was allegedly real which therefore can upset many viewers even fans of extreme horror films.
- One scene of an old man slits a cats throat which is the most upsetting parts of the film. Looking on the bright side: it was allegedly fake, which in other words: the cat was the only animal that was not actually harmed in the film. But it is still hard to watch regardless and leaving out the rest of the animals throughout the film.
