To spikeluvr - Please tell me. Were there ever any Italians involved in the Mafia? Or are we supposed to think that NO ITALIANS were in the Mafia. Of course, the answer to the first question is, yes, people of Italian origin participated and organized and directed the actions of the Mafia. Answer to second question - Of course not! So what ethnicity should a playwright use to depict the Mafia in the early 20th century? Do you see how completely ridiculous your review is?

Murdoch Mysteries has become a Soap Opera
Okay, Murdoch Mysteries are out of storylines so they are using fillers from past episode to give us a soap opera. Do we really need more Murdoch & Julie marriage woes, or one more failed relationship for George. Can we just stay with murder mysteries and less of the character's personal lives taking center stage and the actual crimes just background. This part of 1 of 2 just seems like a rehash of past cliff hangers, but lets throw in an illegitimate child or is he?

Insensitive
Yet again a television show feels free to stereotype and slander Italians. The mafia types shown are stereotypical New York "mobsters". In an age when the entertainment industry purports to be more sensitive to stereotyping people, why do they still feel free to insult an entire ethnicity?
