- Mel Vera: Damn it! There are thousands of Evergreen Streets, and that doesn't count for the Roads, Avenues, Courts, and Places. And none of them mean anything to me. What was I thinking?
- Abigael Jameson-Caine: Oh, how should I know? I'm not wired like you, goody-two boots. Why didn't you ask Maggie the empath?
- [Mel turns to look at her]
- Abigael Jameson-Caine: What?
- Mel Vera: You just called her "Maggie." Not some dumb nickname like "Pretty Petunia" or "Shorty Spice".
- Abigael Jameson-Caine: I'm not feeling particularly creative, Mel. I'm dying.
- Mel Vera: No. You're not. We'll fix this.
- Abigael Jameson-Caine: Well, forgive my lack of faith, but you've misplaced the Source like a set of car keys.
- Mel Vera: We didn't misplace anything. We hid it somewhere safe, and Harry wiped our memories.
- Abigael Jameson-Caine: And as a result of your brilliant, disastrous plan to protect the world from the Source, we're all gonna be six feet under in a matter of days, if not hours.
- Mel Vera: [a thought strikes her] Six feet under.
- Abigael Jameson-Caine: Yes, it's a synonym for "dead."
- Mel Vera: Oh, my god. This is it. Evergreen isn't a street.
- Abigael Jameson-Caine: [looking at her laptop] It's a cemetery?
- Mel Vera: Where my mother was laid to rest. I must have hid it there.
- Abigael Jameson-Caine: Your own mother's grave? That's the best you could do? Do you use your pet's name as your password, as well?
- Maggie Vera: Bee costumes. Such a cute idea. I bet they're serving vodka stingers. First Saturday of each month, all the sororities gather at Delta House for Midnight Masquerade, and it's... amazeballs.
- Jordan Chase: Did you just say "amazeballs"?
- Maggie Vera: I just meant we have at least an hour or two until the bees fly back to their hive.
- Jordan Chase: Okay, so what exactly is the plan if we run into a straggler or two? I mean, Maggie Vera's supposed to be... dead, if memory serves.
- Maggie Vera: Well, no one's gonna recognize me. Or you. Costume party. Perfect cover for a dead girl.
- [pouring powder into her hand]
- Maggie Vera: Prepare to be glamoured.
- Jordan Chase: Long as I don't have to climb in a body bag and die again. That was nasty.
- Macy Vaughn: [analyzing a substance on her sandals] Ash. Volcanic ash. Looks like lichen. What the hell is this? Kerguelen cabbage.
- Harry Greenwood: Cabbage. Well, that's specific.
- Macy Vaughn: "This Brassicaceae is only found at the 50th parallel on remote locations such as the Desolation Islands."
- Harry Greenwood: The Desolation Islands on the Indian Ocean. Near the Antarctic. One of the most isolated places in the world.
- Macy Vaughn: It's the antipode to Hilltowne.
- Harry Greenwood: The diametrical opposite on the globe.
- Macy Vaughn: Or as close as I could get without being in the ocean.
- Harry Greenwood: You banished the Source to literally and mathematically the furthest place on Earth from Hilltowne. Only you.
- Maggie Vera: [after "buying" two costumes from Kappa pledges] Wow. How often do you get a perfect fit when you buy right off the rack?
- Jordan Chase: Yeah, my guy was only, like, 5'10". If these pants were any shorter, they'd be... shorts.
- Celeste: Time is a river that flows both ways. Carry this witch to later days, where she will retrieve the power she needs at Evergreen Cemetery, 2070 AD.
- Jordan Chase: Man, it took us three floors and a broom closet just to ditch Heidi. That girl has the tracking sense of an Irish setter.
- Maggie Vera: Yeah, and the tolerance of a Chihuahua. Based on her bloodshot eyes, I'd say she's four skinny margs deep.
- Jordan Chase: So she should pass out pretty soon.
- Maggie Vera: Yeah, along with everyone else. That's basically how all these parties end.
- Maggie Vera: My sisters and I were supposed to go to the corners of the Earth to hide the Source, and... I came here. To my sorority house? I don't know. It just doesn't make any sense.
- Jordan Chase: Maybe you liked the familiarity this place provides.
- Maggie Vera: My legacy is a one-armed keg stand.
- Jordan Chase: Come on, Maggie, you were a freshman in college. It was just dumb fun.
- Maggie Vera: Super dumb.
- Jordan Chase: So, you've grown. It's not about hating on who you were. It's about being proud of who you are.
- Maggie Vera: You know, I can't picture you as a dumbass.
- Jordan Chase: Trust me. I have the photos to prove it.
- Maggie Vera: Jordan, you don't have to come with me.
- Jordan Chase: Look, I could say this is just about me trying to help another witch, break my curse, but that would be a lie. I care about you, Maggie, and your sisters. I don't want anything to happen to you.
- Maggie Vera: Okay. Well, then prepare for a trip unlike any other.
- Jordan Chase: To where?
- Maggie Vera: [setting a course for Hilltowne] Memory lane.
- Harry Greenwood: [Jimmy] Hello, Harry. You miss me?
- Harry Greenwood: You.
- Harry Greenwood: [Jimmy] I woke up in the strangest of places. Thankfully, I orbed myself out before I couldn't orb at all.
- Harry Greenwood: But the door... it's concealed.
- Harry Greenwood: [Jimmy] Oh, no, no, no. Not anymore. Wake up, Harry. Magic is dead. And whatever bond there was between us is severed. Meaning...
- Harry Greenwood: I can kill you. And you can kill me.
- Harry Greenwood: [Jimmy] Nothing personal. But the world only needs one of us.
- Jordan Chase: So, these were your BBFLs.
- Maggie Vera: Eh, for a minute. It seems like forever ago. And they've probably forgotten all about me by now.
- Jordan Chase: Huh. I don't think so.
- Maggie Vera: [seeing a plaque on the wall reading "R.I.P. Maggie Vera"] Oh, wow.
- Jordan Chase: See? You left a legacy. "Kappas do the Maggie." Aw, they named a dance after you.
- Maggie Vera: Yeah, that's-that's... that's not a dance. It's a... a drinking game.
