Wendi Morrison is 3rd generation film industry; her father was Emmy nominated Cinematographer Robert "Bobby" Lee Morrison, most notable for his work on the original Hawaii 5-0 series. Grandfather Talmadge "Remi" Morrison was a studio Still Photographer, chosen by Marlon Brando to work on his directorial debut: One Eyed Jacks.
Wendi made an impact in the Independent Music Scene, and on the Sunset Strip opening for System of a Down, Tool, Primus, Incubus, and Weezer with her band Mercury 5. Self Released Album: "In the Garden of Ego" produced by guitarist Steve Caton who is known for his work with Tori Amos, Human Drama, and Francis X and the Bushman.
In the mid 90's, Mercury 5 was charting for 20 weeks on the College Media Journal radio scene, with a demo deal from Capitol Records in 1997 to follow.
Actor/Co-Creator Keith Merritt made all the puppets featured in the film.
Actor Gary Austin was the founder of the Groundlings Theater Group, and left us by way of cancer; fittingly, on April Fool's Day 2017. Knowing this would be his last film, was an emotionally transformative experience for all of us involved.
The Dr.'s glass house location is owned by Guggenheim Foundation photographer Catherine Opie.
