the llama

A lonely man in his cabin, preparing a self dating tape as expression of looking for love. Some clues define his ingrate situation. Titles from newspapers as review of situation, a bell and gun fires in night, two chairs outside, a sort of shop and a bizarre teddy bear.

Agaist the headline of one newspaper, a llama, a broken flier from announcement and a strange final happy state.

The basic virtue of film - the admirable storytelling. .

It's all in the details. Cabin for Two is at times hilariously unsettling, also rather adorable. It keeps you on the edge with this feeling of knowing something is off, kind of worried about finding out, but so drawn in that you have to know more about Harold and his day to day life.

I honestly didn't know what to expect when I watched this the first time and I'm glad I viewed it that way. It was a fun experience to go in blind and unknown. I walked away with a love for short films and storytelling and I'll always remember that sometime in the future there's going to be a Harold, looking for love, no matter the circumstances. Thanks for everything Harold. Best of luck sir.
