When Nancy asks what a steamed bao bun is supposed to look like, Henry responds (paraphrasing) that it is somewhat like a [human] bum. While what they are asked to make for the technical does not resemble what Henry mentions, traditional Chinese steamed bao do look like a human anus in that the dough is pinched up around the filling at the top, the pinched portion which is generally "open" and not closed smooth like western-styled buns or rolls.
