Nobody's telling horror stories quite like Mike Flanagan right now. His films and TV shows are equal parts heartbreaking and terrifying. His characters are often holding onto deep-seated emotional wounds, many of which are brought painfully to the surface in the face of some monstrous threat or supernatural danger. Even when he's adapting the works of literary titans like Stephen King and Shirley Jackson, Flanagan carefully re-works and re-purposes the source material, making it firmly his own.
His latest Netflix series, "The Midnight Club," once again sees Flanagan adapting someone else's work, this time that of Christopher Pike's 1994 young adult horror novel of the same name, with "Once Upon a Time" alum Leah Fong serving as the show's co-creator. Flanagan was among the young readers who took to Pike's book upon its release and he's been hoping to adapt it to the screen ever since. With its premiere...

Great news, Kissing Booth fans! Not only is a third movie in the works, but The Kissing Booth 3 has already been filmed and is getting ready to go for next year's release date. The third movie in the popular Netflix rom-com series actually finished filming last year, so it won't be affected by any pandemic shutdowns.
During Netflix's #TKBFanFest live stream on July 26, stars Joey King and Joel Courtney made the big announcement. Apparently, they secretly filmed The Kissing Booth 3 at the same time that they filmed The Kissing Booth 2, which is out now. Although the announcement was abrupt, it's not entirely unexpected - after all, the To All the Boys I've Loved Before series used the same filming strategy, filming P.S. I Still Love You simultaneously with the upcoming third and final movie, Always and Forever, Lara Jean. The only difference is that they were totally public...

If you've fallen in love with Lara Jean Covey and Peter Kavinsky in To All the Boys I've Loved Before, you're not alone. The two stars of Jenny Han's book (and Netflix film) fell in love in the first story of the series, and their story continues in the second book, P.S. I Still Love You, which is on Netflix now. But if you can't wait to find out how the trilogy ends, we've got all the spoilers for book three, Always and Forever Lara Jean, right here. Keep in mind that the Netflix version of the story might deviate from this, but at least you'll have an idea of how Lara Jean and Peter end up.

We know it's been a hot second since To All the Boys I've Loved Before first dropped on Netflix, so it's understandable if you forgot that John Ambrose McClaren in the first movie was a completely different actor from the one in the sequel. In To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You, the role was played by Jordan Fisher instead of Jordan Burtchett, who was in the first film. Were the filmmakers hoping we'd just forgotten that John Ambrose showed up at Lara Jean's (Lana Condor) door with her long-lost love letter at the end of the first movie? And that we wouldn't notice that these Jordans are two very different people?
The Tatbilb filmmakers never specifically said why they chose to recast the role, and Burtchett hasn't said much on the topic either. He shared his gratitude for his fans in a lengthy Instagram post after the recasting news last year,...

Stars: Lana Condor, Noah Centineo, Emilija Baranac, Jordon Fisher | Written by Sofia Alvarez, J. Mills Goodloe | Directed by Michael Fimognari
In 2018 Netflix came out with an original movie based on a young-adult novel by Jenny Han called To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. It was a charming, whimsical teen rom-com that was a genuinely good film. It did very well, too, and so they’ve released a sequel, based on the sequel book by Han. Directed by Michael Fimognari (who directed the first film too) and with screenplay penned by Sofia Alvarez and J. Mills Goodloe, P.S. I Still Love You continues the story of Lara Jean, her life, her love and everything in-between.
We revisit Lara Jean, played with a sparky energy by the talented Lana Condor, who is in the early stages of a relationship with Peter (Noah Centineo) and still learning what it means to be in her first relationship.

Viacom CEO Bob Bakish, speaking at Ubs’s media and communication conference on Monday, said that a sequel to Netflix’s teen-love hit “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before” is in the works.
The project will be the first film as part of a multipicture deal that Viacom’s Paramount and Netflix signed in November, Bakish said via a livestream from the conference.
“We’re doing a sequel to ‘To All the Boys’ and we’re in conversations with them about other titles,” Bakish said.

The droughtlander is almost over as Book 3 of “Outlander” is coming back in September. As we pause in rematching the official trailer for the nth time, we have more to obsess over now that the cast and crew hit Comic-Con to tease Season 3.

Archer is going even further back in time next season. After a year in “Dreamland” — specifically the year 1947 — “Archer: Danger Island,” Season 9, will take place in the spring of 1939 on a remote beach locale in the South Pacific.
Announced by executive producer Matt Thompson during the Comic-Con panel in San Diego, it was also unveiled that Archer will be a seaplane pilot with one eyepatch and two partners: One is Pam Poovy, his co-pilot who he’s gotten into “many scrapes” with across the globe. The other is a “talking, fucking” parrot named Crackers, who will be voiced by Lucky Yates (who usually plays Dr. Krieger).
Lana is a princess on the island, while Mallory is a bar owner and (unlike last season) Archer’s mother. Mallory’s character in “Dreamland” was not related to Archer, and voice actress Jessica Walter said she was glad the familial connection has been restored.

In order to save Hope (and all of New Orleans) from the evil Hollow that had possessed her, Vincent (Yusuf Gatewood) explained that he had to divide up the Hollow and put it into something that was both eternal and related to Hope (Summer Fontana) by blood—Aka her vampire family. He needed four vampires, and then he needed those four vampires to go in four completely different directions, never able to see each other or Hope again in order to keep the Hollow from gaining power and trying to steal Hope's incredible...

The CW is taking another stab at a Supernatural spinoff, this one built around Kim Rhodes’ Sheriff Jody Mills.
According to Deadline, which first broke the news, the premise for the potential offshoot — tentatively titled Wayward Sisters — will be introduced in a Season 13 episode of Supernatural. Here’s the conceit: Sheriff Mills (played by Rhodes) and a group of troubled young women, all of them orphaned by supernatural tragedy, will team up as a supreme monster-fighting force.
“Unlike the original series, which centers on a biological brothers, Wayward Sisters is about a sisterhood of girls in a foster family,” Deadline reports.

The Hollow is a force to be reckoned with in New Orleans.
The race was on to save the children on The Originals Season 4 Episode 4 and turned out to be another solid episode of this CW series.
Let's start with everyone mostly teaming up to save the children of New Orleans. It must have been tough for everyone involved.
There's been so much said and done over the years that the very notion of the likes of Vincent, Klaus, Marcel, Elijah and Hayley joining forces seemed like something that would happen when hell froze over.
The drama is always at its best on this series when crazy power struggles are going on. In this case, that power struggle was the differing factions of the French Quarter branching off to do their own thing.

Romance radio host Delilah says she fields thousands of requests and dedications from her devoted millions-deep radio following who tune into her nationally syndicated show nightly.
