" . . . are an integral part of the Bond team," states several-time James Bond movie director John Glen in regard to all those stunt men who seemed to be fighting atop various air vehicles WITHOUT parachutes, including the climactic scene of the 13th 007 flick from Eon Production Company, OCTOPU$$Y. Team leader Worth "doubled" bad guy Gobinda in this scene, who is ordered by his boss (and the pilot of a small plane the roof of which features James Bond hanging on like a leech, despite the pilot's various looping maneuvers) to "go outside" and get Bond. Stunt man Jake Lombard doubled Bond in this plane-top struggle (bet you can guess who wins, and who plunges ground-ward with no apparent chute). Of course, all such scenes had to be shot by a cameraman, whose job was the most dangerous of the trio, since he had to maintain a hold on BOTH the camera and the plane! Rande DeLuca is the cameraman referred to here, though he died a couple years later at age 37 and apparently does not have a Wikipedia listing.
