Loretta Sage leaves her wedding ring in the stone coffin prior to escaping the cave tomb and the encroaching volcano. However, in the last scene of the movie, Loretta's character is wearing the ring on her necklace while chatting with Alan's character on the beach.
Around 35:38 Loretta puts the ancient text under her right lapel. At 51:36 she pulls it out from under her left.
She had that parchment in and out of her costume better than half a dozen times. The first time it went down the middle of her cleavage, the camera cut away and didn't see left or right.

(at around 42 mins) Loretta is sliding down the hill in her sequin jump suit. A few minutes later, as they depart from the car, many of the sequins have been scraped from her costume. A few minutes later though, as they approach the river, her costume is fully intact.
In the jungle, after Alan gives her a bottle of water, Loretta's grip on the bottle changes back and forth between label out, label in.
When Abigail Fairfax (Daniel Radcliffe) shows Loretta Sage (Sandra Bullock) the parchment fragment for the first time, he ostentatiously puts on white gloves to handle the box containing it. A few seconds later when he takes the box back, his hands are bare.
After Loretta removes Alan's leeches, the wounds are immediately shown as dark circles. However, when leeches latch on they release an anti-coagulant to prevent blood clotting and make it easier to feed, so when a leech is removed, there would be profuse bleeding which would likely continue for hours.
While Loretta and Alan are in the sea, there is an extensive tracking shot around them from the camera boat. There is no erupting volcano behind where they came from, despite lava pouring into the sink hole.
Erupting volcano isn't necessary for a lava flow. All that's needed is a leak in the side of the caldera.

Like a lot of films, the characters insist on removing leeches that are attached. If a leech is removed it can leave part of itself or even vomit in the wound. The recommendation is to simply leave it alone and let it finish. It will then release its hold and you would lose a tiny amount of blood.
The tail registry of the cargo plane hired to "rescue" the missing author starts with an "N", denoting U.S. registry. Despite the island and its location being fictionally in the mid-Atlantic, it seems unlikely the sketchy aircraft and its owner/pilot would be based in the U.S.
A Trivia entry explains that the cargo planes were leased from a US company in Milwaukee.

A reoccurring joke of criticizing a character for comparing another character to a "human mummy", is made by other characters, with them stating that "all mummies are human". This is false, as ancient Egyptians were known for mummifying animals (often the pets of the deceased) as well as humans, such as cats, dogs, birds, and snakes. So not all mummies are human.
However, all the other characters being wrong only shows that Alan is actually smarter than everybody likes to think. (Don't judge a mummy by its bandages.)

When going to the Lost City, they enter a cave at sea level. One of the bad guys soon after falls to his death a in a cartoonishly large pit. If they were at sea level, the pit would likely be filled with water and would not have that large of a fall.
However, this is of course played for laughs and to parody movies like National Treasure.

The orange suitcase placed, unsecured, on the roof of the blue car, stays in situ through a rough ride over jungle roads, a rapid getaway, and a collision with a tree stump, only falling from the roof rack as the car plunges over a cliff edge. However, this is, of course, played for laughs and is not a Goof.
Length of cigar and ash on cigar in tank scene varies from shot to shot.
Cigars do that. It's real as well as realistic, showing it's not a prop.

The tropical island nation has all the trappings of being somewhere in the Lesser Antilles (along with getting there via Suriname), but its explicitly somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic. There are no such islands at all, and the climate wouldn't match either.
This is guessing where the island is, then calling a goof because it isn't there. There are plenty of mid-Atlantic islands where the climate would match.

Daniel Radcliffe breaks character (Abigail Fairfax) for a brief moment when attempting to deliver an unintentional (for his character; intentional otherwise) "dick joke" to Loretta Sage Sandra Bullock. He averts his gaze and stifles a smirk.
The airport codes on the baggage show IXH and CKY. IXH is a airport in India that closed in 1990 and has not reopened.
Shortly after Loretta is abducted, one of the characters says the police won't file a missing person report on an adult until after 24 hours have passed. This is a common misconception and has no basis in fact. Police will follow any legitimate lead and an eyewitness to the abduction would be more than enough to begin an immediate search.
In this case, the cops were familiar with the people involved with the book tour and they may have suspected there was a publicity stunt happening, since the eyewitness is the cover model. Remember, this whole movie is full of spoofs, so reality gets bent.
