As the title suggests there episodes are finally improving, I'm not sure if COVID had any affect? But I'm just glade that they are making Better Episodes with just 2 more episodes left after this one, which appears to be airing on the same day. But back to this episode, what I like about it is that Supergirl doesn't feel like a side character in her own show in this episode. And then there's the fact that the Martian Manhunter was the one that passed the Courage Totem Test it some how feels perfect that he be the one to do it. At the same time I also like the fact that Supergirl had to do deal with her Fears about the Phantom Zone. And of course there's that great too short a scene in my opinion of Dreamer Mediating in her Dream in that beautiful surrounding, I kind of wished we some how get could have either stayed a little longer or revisited again. It nice that they were trying to humanize Lex. And that Pep Talk that Kara and Lena had with each other was also Great. I also loved they didn't pull the typical trip of Alex Constantly wanting to Propose to Kelly but the events of the episode kept on getting in the way. They could have easily gone that way but they didn't. I also like the debate that the Heros had about this Controversial Strategy that they have to defeat their toughest enemies.
But as Great as an episode this was there where still a few flaws. One of them being that it was so Predictable right away as soon as that Bar Tender said to Alex "Sorry Alex The Whole Bar's Been Booked" that Kelly was the one who Booked it and sure enough it was. I even said it out load to myself "I Bet Kelly Was The One Who Booked It" and I was right. And Speaking of how is it that a Kid a Kid is allowed in the Bar even if that Kid is an Alien she's still a kid and even if the Bar was Empty? Why the Bar Tender Didn't kick her out it's not like he didn't noticed her he did? And Speaking of Predictabilities after losing the Totem and along with what they teased at the end I could bet what happened to the powers of the Totem. I kind of wished they at hinted at how Lex ended up in the future for those of us don't have access to the CW Supergirl Comic if a such exists? Because the last I heard was that Lex was going to Jail. Way back in like episode two or three of this season.
