Director Ian McCrudden is married to Swedish actress Annica McCrudden (who plays Maria in the movie) and splits his time between Sweden and Los Angeles.
One of the producers, Pontus Sjöman previously worked with commercials in New York, where he met Ian McCrudden.
The film was shot in 21 days.
