We saw Young Smurf flashbacks last season. We know her ultimate fate, so what's the point? Young Smurf was a hot and ruthless criminal, who ran/ran with a bad crew. We get it. She was a bad Mother. We get it. Young Smurf flashbacks are killing the flow of the present-day Cody Boys action. Stay on J's mental warfare vs his uncles (As he told Nicky in S1, "I'm angry all the time" that Smurf and his uncles lived nicely, as he and his Mom struggled nearby). Return to the strategic planning, thrilling heists, tense rivalries and impulsive violence that made this show addictive.

Still sick to death of Smurf flashbacks. Let's move her to Oceanside and leave her there. I think Leila George's range is limited. TIRED of her smirky smile and nothing else. She. Is. Boring.

The terrain for this heist didn't really make a lot of sense, but what can you do. An exciting shootout and good to see the bad guys only have 2 at the time, as opposed to 20, which seems unrealistic, yet shows always do it.

One of the biggest elements of animal kingdom is the stylized heists and money grabs. This mountain biking in this episode is up their with some of their best ones like the jet skis. I liked how there is conflict building up with uncles failing to recognize J as their rightful leader. There was a very good moment between Pope and J where Pope asked J what he did when his mother died and J had an opportunity to console the man but chose not to because he is a cold hearted killer. I am curious as to where there gonna go with the Nicki storyline and if she is going to play a part in an upcoming episode because you can tell when J heard the news about her getting married to an army dude or whatever he was not happy to hear it. You can assume that's not because he's jealous or anything- no loss ties! Deran and Craig kinda just feel like background characters with a little too much screen time and speaking of which I am still not a fan of the flashbacks. Leila George is really good as smurf and the flashbacks are getting better but I still feel like those scenes are filler. I'd much rather the time be dedicated to Pope and J because with Smurf gone they are the stars of the show and need more screen time.

What on Earth is with all the flashbacks of young Smurf? We don't need back story on dead Smurf, boy Pope, and his dead sister. And the sex scenes??? They do absolutely nothing to move the story along. I miss all the intricate heist planning and stuff, and really what they need is another ball buster to take Smurf's place in the show.

How can a show get this bad??!!! Smurf got really annoying but unfortunately the 4 Cody's can't hold a show. It's boring, pointless and stupid. The super sexy cocaine dealing, Breastfeeding, new mom is almost as dumb as the graphic unnecessary sex scenes. I'm done with this show.

Really why do we need a threesome. Come on TV now days is graphic enough. I don't want to see anyone doing that. It doesn't add to the show and way too much for a TV series. If you want to add it to a movie go ahead, we won't rent it. However, in a TV series it doesn't belong.

The Smurf flashbacks are boring and slow. The Brokeback stuff for the two-percent was off-putting and unnecessary. Liked there was some action in the desert but very little. Getting away from Pointe Break and moving towards Philadelphia Story. Sad.

Ellen Barkin was so good in this. I don't know why she left. But this is kind of boring and stupid. I still love all the guys and everything but I paid to watch the season. And now I'm wondering why I did that.
