Also, he simply pulls the hard drive out of the casing, each hard drive is help in with 4 screws, it is impossible to simply pull it out of its case.
When Leito shows Damien the memory card containing the video of DISS agents killing the two cops, you can see that the card is actually just an empty micro SD to SD card adapter.
At one point, the main character is using what seems like a monocular telescope to oversee the situation. The next shot confirms this when the screen shows as if you were looking through one. However, the device used is not a telescope, but a night vision monocular. Not only the model can be recognized (it's of "Yukon" brand), but also the 2nd (smaller) lens on the device, which is actually a IR emitter. Using this device at day will not allow to see very much. Moreover, the following shot of the telescope view should be green because thats what one sees when viewing in night vision.
After Damien climbs into his house and he turns on the CD player you can see that in the player there is no CD, but later it shows the player reading a CD.
The sequel is supposed to be set three years after the original, making it 2013. However, as the camera pans over China Town, we see the banners for the 2008 New Year celebrations.
When Damien breaks a Chinese vase, the fat Chinese mobster says "this a 12th Century Ming vase" (and Damien replies that the true one has been returned to the museum). Actually, the Ming dynasty began in the 14th Century.
