Near the end, when Maj. Winters is swimming in the lake, the close up shot of him in the water shows no sign of dog tags around his neck. As he gets out of the water to dry himself, the dog tags can clearly be seen on him.
After announcing 'shifty' as the lottery winner Lt Speirs is missing his scarf which he wears in the beginning of the scene.
When hunting for food in the woods, the distance between Bull Randleman's hands on his rifle varies between shots.
When the Company is on parade in Austria and they do a draw to send one man home, Spiers (Matthew Settle) and Welsh (Rick Warden) appear to be wearing some kind of scarf around their neck, (under the collars of their dress shirts). The scene cuts away to Shifty Powers getting picked to go home, and when it cuts back to Spiers, the scarves are gone.
If Easy Co. played any baseball games at this point in the war, Buck Compton would not have been the catcher. In reality, he never returned to Easy after he was taken off the line in The Breaking Point episode.
The German General (played by Wolf Kahler) is meant to be the historical General Theodor Tolsdorff. He was 36 years old when he surrendered to Lt. Lipton on May 8. Kahler was 61 years old when he portrayed Tolsdorff.
The 101st/Easy Company was not the first to enter the Nazi town of Berchtesgaden and Hitler's Eagle's Nest. They mentioned that they were attempting to beat the French there, and it is implied that they did. In fact, it was the 7th Infantry Regiment, the Cottonbalers, operating as part of the 3rd Infantry Division for the USA for WWII in North Africa who arrived in Berchtesgaden first. They got there on May 4th, 1945 at 1558 (3:58pm). They took a few things from the Eagle's Nest and several thousand bottles of liquor and wine, but they focused on small things within the town to take with them more than on the Eagle's Nest, and they never made a stake on the town and the Eagle's Nest that they were ever there.
When Private Webster is working at the traffic checkpoint with the German "feldgendarme" (military policeman), he asks the soldier on crutches if he would like to go to Munich ("Möchten Sie nach München gehen?") While the soldier clearly got the gist of the question, Webster's German is technically incorrect - the verb "gehen" refers to going somewhere on foot, while "fahren" would (correctly) indicate traveling by vehicle.
An understandable mistake, as Webster only ever claimed to speak "some" German...
When Spiers menaces the drunken soldier with his .45, the men cringe- thinking that he is going to shoot him. However, the pistol is not cocked, making this impossible.
When the drunk soldier raises and fires his gun at Sgt. Grant he is clearly aiming far to the (screen)-right of Sgt. Grant and could not have hit Grant in the head as depicted. This was probably done to minimize any risk to the actor as even a blank round can propel an object fast enough to cause serious or even fatal wounds.
After Janovec is killed and we first see his body, his eyebrow can be seen twitching for a second.
During the baseball game Buck Compton is wearing a modern catcher's glove during long shots, but a more appropriate period glove for close-ups.
When Liebott threatens the suspected concentration camp commandant his .45 has a rounded hammer. Those were not used in World War II.
In, "Points", when Easy Company first enters Berchtesgaden, the first shot showing the white flags, on the left, in a first-floor window, you can see someone with a handycam/miniDV shooting the actual film crew and cast.
