I've rated this show 9 out of 10 because as you watch, you realize that Sandra pressures every buyer to buy her houses for well over the asking costs. She tells them that they are in the midst of a bidding war and they need to bid a min of 2-10 thousand dollars more then the house asking costs are. Her clients clearly ask for simple things, like a finished basement or a large bath tub and she refuses to show any of these houses to her clients. She tells them the house will sell in a hurry and they cannot wait, yet she always finds houses for every show. She also makes fun of the "virgins" behind their backs every chance she gets. It is joyful watching what a horrific real-estate agent Sandra is and I must say I do enjoy the show. However I enjoy the show but it should be renamed Real-estate agent rip off nightmares. It seems as though Sandra is working for the sellers. When Egypt hosts the show, she is very nice and listens to her buyers, she even partners with them clearly trying to help them find a dream home that meets their needs.
