Arthur has always been real, and I remember watching this episode a lot as a child. Now as a graduate nurse, I can look at it from a different scope. I'm am amazed at the thought that went into this episode! It's perfectly orchestrated - explaining the topic of asthma in a simple and sensitive way that children can understand and relate to. I'm always fortunate for the children's shows that go out of their way to educate kids about their health, it's so important. Also, it genuinely made me laugh out loud when Arthur brushed the powdered sugar off of Buster's doughnut!
