The red MR2 from his memories has only 2 front seats, so he couldn't have chosen to ride in the front as opposed to the back.
When Mickey talks about not having employee benefits, he's seen acting like a crash test dummy. In the next shot, where the car crashes, it's clear that it's indeed a dummy, and in fact, the car is a different one.
The large stone was cut with a laser, yet the interior surfaces show marks from a circular saw blade.
Mickey couldn't possibly remember his deaths, or the events leading up to them. He performs a weekly memory dump to ensure the memories he passes to the next Mickey are current, but his deaths could not possibly be included in the memory transfer, because they happen after the memory dump. This makes it impossible for Mickey to remember his deaths or the circumstances surrounding them (like falling into a crevasse or being exposed to nerve gas).
After falling into a crevasse, Mickey is returned to the surface by the creepers. He hitches a ride back to the ship on a ground transport and notes at the vehicle bay the time is 3:30. He returns to his quarters to discover Mickey 18, who tells him he was reprinted two hours ago, meaning 18 was completed around 1:30. In his narration, Mickey explains the human reprinting process takes twenty hours. Assuming the ship crew operates on a twenty-four hour cycle, and accounting for the time being unknown when Mickey and the team deploy for their mission, the inference is that he returned to the ship the same day he was lost. For Mickey to meet Mickey 18, Timo had to have begun his search nearly a day after Mickey lost contact (do they presume he's dead the instant they lose comms, and start generating a replacement immediately?), or Mickey 18's reprinting cycle was started around 5:30 the previous day, before the team deployed (Multiples Violation!).
